Be Prepared. Learn CPR.

SRSC is hosting a CPR Training next Saturday, January 26th presented by SOS CPR: American Heart Association Training Center.  If you don’t think you need this training, think again.  CPR and AED training are necessary skills for anyone with children, for those with elderly parents, and even adventurous individuals that like to live on the wild side (and since we are CrossFitters, that means we all are a little wild).  The training is beneficial for any emergency situation.  While we cannot plan on accidents, we can prepare for them.

cprGetting CPR training will help you get comfortable with some simple life-saving skills, should you be in a position to provide help to a community member when needed.
