Why did you decide to join SRSC? I joined SRSC to to be competitive again. After competing in track for 4 years I was looking for something that I could push myself in and once I found CrossFit I knew that was my next challenge.
What has been your most memorable achievement since becoming a member? My most memorable achievement since joining was competing in my first CrossFit competition. It showed me that I am capable of anything I set my mind to and I can’t wait for the next one!
Favorite and least favorite exercises? My favorite lift currently would be the clean and jerk, but I always enjoy a good metcon. My least favorite exercise would be either the air bike or the GHD. Now that I’ve written this I’m sure they start to show up in my programming more frequently.
Current goal(s) in the gym or in life? My current goal in the gym and life is to be better than I was yesterday. My long term goals include regionals and the games!
What’s something that your gym mates would be surprised to know about you? You might be surprised to know that at one point in my life I could run 400m in 53 seconds and a mile in 5:17.
